the product was accurate as described , but arrived with the packaging saturated with some type of moisture and the box disintegrated after opening, the probe (meter) elements had corrosion on them which I have cleaned off with a kitchen scrubber. it is hoped that the unit has not suffered damage and only time will tell after i have used it a few times to check. I dont blame the store for this as it could have happened in transit
