Very sturdy doll. Joints needed no hot glue sueding at all. The makeup up is stunning as always and the outfit I ordered looks perfect. I based my face up and outfit off the official photos with some modifications. Required extra face up fees for the job. Still the best BJD doll store, if not for their work then for their customer service. Despite the language barrier they communicate very well in English and are very helpful and patient. This doll took a lot of remodifications to look perfect and they always did what I asked. Shipping took much longer than usual due to COVID but it arrived safe and unharmed
