Item as described however this design is not comfortable due to short neck so the outside bottom flange puts too much pressure outside the anus. Super painful after wearing a short time. Obviously most manufacturers and sellers never use or test their own products like MR. S and Squarepeg have. Also the glass got small chips in it right away, or maybe arrived this way. Very fast shipping.
