The product arrived in good condition, packed relatively well but without a box , just bubble wrapled in a envelope. It came without batteries (3xLR44) . It makes more like a airplane sound if you ask me (althugh I don't know how a space shuttle orbiter should sond like). The two cargo doors are very loose and quite anoying as they flap all the time. Other than that, all good, the kid is happy so I am happy. Relatively cheap for a good quality cast iron model.
