It took 37 days instead of 20 days as planned. There was no rigid carton box,, just some bubble wrap. About the sound, it sounds clear, no distorsion, but the bass frequency is not powerful, it is covered by other frequencies., we need to use an equalizer to reinforce the bass. For the gaming use, it's not exciting because it lacks of heavy bass, they should not call it subwoofer thing. There was no manual guide. To use the FM radio function, it was not intuitive to find out how it works. First, you need to press the play/pause button and the "Volume +" button simultanously to let the machine scan all the FM stations available, and then only after a complete scan, you can use the FM radio function. The charging usb cable can be used as FM antenna to reinforce the FM signal. For using the "volume +" and "volume -" buttons, a long press is for changing the volume, and a short press is to get to a next track or next FM station channel.
