i didn't receive the black board PCB but the tree one's. it made me confused as I also ordered another 3363 to another seller that is on DOA. my apologize for the bother dude. I've been z bit riff with you. the board is now working. you really need to write a proper user guide. you need to rename the firmware named LUA36A82.bin into LUA36A81.bin. once you've flashed the general firmware you can flash the firmware required for your LCD panel. Eventually access the LCD setup menu to customize your LVDS map if the colors are wrong or you notice video glitches.
