Seller did not help at all. No schematics, no source code even no user manual. It is most possibly remnant of discontinued fan motor production. CPU is STM32F003. Board is working but w/o sensing a back emf, it stops driving. A low power 220V BLDC perm magnet motor must be connected. Output mosfets are very weak, 2A only. Replacing them can help to drive bigger motors. Head output is very stupid, can be for opening auto shutter in the original fan desing. it is not a tachometer, speed sensor input. it is useless. CPU in circuit programming inputs are easily accessible. An STM32 experienced buyer can do something with the board. No high voltage isolation; do not touch any conductors while energized.

it could drive 900W brushless, permanent magnet washing machine motor with no load. it draws 13-45W. Output transistors does not show any warming sign. I think even a heat sink can help board to drive 300-500W output. One button (Near the LED) start/stop motor. Other button turns head-output on/off. Head output may be for sweeping motor of old fan design.
