There are no plates with it, just the vest and empty pouches!!!
I do not recommend this seller at all, the vest comes without ant plates, though it was written in the description, what should I do with an unloaded vest!?

1 silver plate only weighs 184,8g unlike the post where it says 20/50 kg. total scam
