Received the items well packaged to protect against breakage and fits perfectly. However one of the panel does not work at all. The items are marked as Type A and Type B, however Type A does not light up at all and Type B works perfectly fine. Could the Seller care to comment on this and how do I go about getting it exchanged or replaced?
