This is a fun kit to build, however I haven't been able to get it to receive very well. It definitely demodulates AM and receives airband, however not very well even on my discone, less than a mile from the airport. Squelch isn't great and the noise floor of the audio is quite high. Receive is around 118-170MHz+ tuning the variable inductor to it's highest position. Of course it's not expected to be too good for such low price. It does work, but it's not really anything special. Fun kit nonetheless, message seller for manual. Manual is for an old revision of the board, but it works fine. There is also an easy manual someone put together for it if you Google a bit for keywords like "airband receiver kit manual" that is a better guide.
