The alarm works. Temp works. Humidity is 13% too low. I have 5 copies of 3 other types of Temperature Humidity sensors, and put together this is the only one where the humidity is always 10-15% LOWER than the other devices. So you can't really use this part of the function. When I asked the seller they said I shouldn't rely on the Temperature Humidity, this is just an alarm. So why sell this? Just buy the alarm only one.
