Good product, I had a problem with my order and the seller quickly found a solution. Really professional and friendly. I recommend them for the service they provided
They did a mistake and sent me the wrong model with the previous control board, they told me that they will send me the good one, I believed them... but they gave me a wrong tracking number and it never arrived... just wrong shop with fake promesse, really disappointed

Received within time frame. Pretty fast! The package was sealed and packed well. Still need to unpack so i will review the Laser engraver in additional area, but for now it looks good. Xie Xie to the seller.
