Item arrived factory defective,after scanning the slides,the pictures(on the right side) are blurred not sharp and focused like the left side.I asked for full refund in order to buy a good one.Seller sent a stupid answer and said NO REFUND.He change his mind and offer a partial refund,WHYYYY.The scanner is USELESS ,it`s not worth 50cents.I paid for it 40 dollars. Can`t understand the how the Resolution Center came to such a decision of Partial Refund.I can not scann with a PARTIAL Scanner.I paid 40 good dls for a good scanner and received a useless one. Amaizing Jugdment.Thank you.
