I received just one of two stands they haven't refund or send the new item supper dissappointed

if you are professional about your work consider that neewer customer service is very bad. although the prices are very good there is a risk if you have a problem they will not help you. my order was 2 stands and they send only 1. I inform them straight away with all the the proofs and the promised to send asap. for 2 months they was promising and they convinced me to close dispute several times. after 2 months still waiting with the risk to loose money. I asked ali express to step in. if you are serious about your work please consider that they are customer service is very bad and it seems to not professional.
