Packaging was adequate, shipping was fast, there was no need to communicate with the seller. All items look great quality, zirconia is very neatly set. I was surprised at how tiny this clasp looks, but I suppose it's good for dainty single-strand bracelets. The quality of the plating would only be seen after the items are used in wearing them, no comment can be made now.
