The product is top quality but the seller sounded dodgy as they asked me to pay extra after placing the order even though I have been chatting with the seller before placing the order asking about the shipping situation due to corona, After placing the order seller asked me to pay extra $12 for the shipping or cancel the order, I negotiated for only $6 that is 50% extra only and seller quickly agreed which means seller is exploiting the situation After paying seller did not respond to 2 weeks and I had to keep messaging daily to get some response. Then seller send fake tracking to show that the item is shipped, but that was to avoid order getting closed. If new customers can find similar product with a better supplier then buy from other supplier. If Seller as you to pay extra then cancel the order and complain to Ali Express.
The product is very well matching the description. It's a very firm and tight material built from and greatly recommend to anyone. It comes with an additional holder for laptop which can be easily removed and can be used for 2 monitors. Cam in quickly in 10 days with FedEx. Also, the seller is very cooperative and sent an additional invoice that I needed for the customs in my country.
