I'm not happy that the tree huggers were cord, instead of webbing, to prevent cord from cutting into the bark. But that's a personal preference of mine, and I just replaced them with webbing ones I already had. A Nature Hike issue, not a seller one. The hammock itself is exactly what was advertised, well made like all Nature Hike products seem to be. My friends and I have owned many of their products over the years, and we have always been pleased with their quality. The shipping speed was satisfactory, and the package well wrapped. All up, I'm very pleased.
