Very good quality I must say. The material is coated, decently thick and feels it can repel water well. i have not used it in the rain yet though. The buttons, clasps are also very well made, not some cheap plasticy clasp and buttons. Length is decent at L size for me at 174cm. 3 buttons for adjustable waist sizes on the first wrap followed by a pull, tighten clasp for tightening. Only issue in the long run I feel is that the rubber band may lose elasticity and thus failing on the clasp. But given that this is not worn daily, I suppose it will last for awhile before failing. Double wrap around on the front; so double protection from the rain. As its a kilt, its not restrictive and hence airy. Good product!
