Actually I didn't receive my parcel. Some envelope arrived with some fabric and a lot of labels on it and one of them was with my tracking number. I contacted the seller and asked him how to proceed. His response was very fast and professional, he suggested to open a dispute and support all the way with Ali Express. My dispute was confirmed. I hope the seller will receive a refund from the post office, that messed up the envelopes at their facility. The seller is responsible and honest. Will reorder the lost items.
