Looks as in the picture. It's def not real jade, cause it easily scratches by knife and has a waxy luster, it's most probably serpentine and low quality as has many impurities (black spots and dots). Heats ok, cord EU ok, plastic has unpleasant odour (the same when rubber melts) but not too intense, looks cheap (but do we care?). Works ok. After the first massage session, I feel the same relaxed like when I used ceragem compact. So for this price - it's OK quality. Hope it will do it's job for at least for a year.
