Me: 172 cm, 69kg Size XL is ok, although the legs are a bit long. I turn up the waistband of the legs and it's fine. So now problem. I think size L should work as well for me. The leggings are very heavy and wearable from 0 degrees Celsius downwards. The really comfortable range is probably -5 to -15 degr. C. When you don't move it's probably 5 deg. higher. The quality is not super soft Kashmir. For me it's ok, for others it might feel itchy. I use it for winter trekking in the mountains wearing only thin windstopper trousers over it and it is a good and breathable combination. Perfect. It is surely worth the money. I would buy it again.
