The first complaint I have is regrading the shipping. I ordered this back on March of 2020. It was not delivered until 6/4/2020. The second complaint that I have is the item is so bunched up that I don't know if I can actually use it. This was an air filter for my generator and it was simply 2 pieces of foam. the foam was folded in half when shipped and has seemed to retain it's "folded in half shape" instead of the plain square that is required for the air filter housing. I will not order anything again. Ali did open up a dispute for me but there is no way to contact a customer service representative to communicate this to.
