- Discrepancy in received product. - Received product don't have engraved measurements & engraved lock display on it. while in product photos on website have engraved text &lock symbol on it. - Same has been informed seller, but no revert from seller. - Poor communication after purchase made. - As i opened the dispute for product not as describe and for partial refund, without notice to me dispute has changed from partial refund to product return. - As product return will charge approx $30, while product value is $48, which does not make any sense for return as it causes loss to me. - Will not recommend seller to anyone.
