missing some parts but the seller help send the missing parts. still wasted a lot of time waiting and communicating the problems of the delivered product, given that the shipping might be the one who caused the problem, who knows. the metal were sturdy and heavy, everything else is brittle ( keyboard and mouse board itself) the first mouse pad part that was shipped was broken, some parts were damaged, maybe the shipping caused this. I'm happy with the seller being nice, but I'm not that happy with the quality of the product, but it is what it is. the quality of the product js decent.
