Good quality. Yet I don't know where the aluminum is which is mentioned in the description? The body and the glass are made of plastic. 3 brightness levels, by pressing the button the brightness can be reduced twice before the lamp is turning off. The battery lasted well over 6 hours on the highest setting, I haven't tried how long it runs on lower brightness, because what's the point to buy a 20W bulb if I only need 12 or 6 W?
