Caution, the quality of this product is extremely poor. I used it a total of 3 times and one of the springs was permanently stretched during the second use (photo attached). It turned out that it should not be stretched more than 1 meter because it causes an irreversible change in the springs, but this is not included in the product description. The biggest problem so far has been with the third use. The grip unexpectedly detached from its shaft and caused serious injuries to my left leg. It hit the knee cartilage that probably need to get surgered and crashed into my foot where it caused bruises and two nasty hematomas. If someone even so buys such a workout expander, first glue the handle to the shaft. Perhaps it is best to use a two-component epoxy adhesive. If I knew all this, I would never have bought such a product.
