It is ok, but I'm not sure it is very suitable for pregnant: not enough space for a big belly.

Size is just a little bit smaller than stated (I am normal size M, took an L for pregnancy size but it still is a bit tight around the bust (it's a 'square' shaped top), so I recommend 2 sizes up.
