I doubt if this is possible of applying 3200Nm. With a 16x reduction one still needs to apply 200Nm to the input. The crank supplied is about 0.2m long so that would take about 1000N to apply. The construction looks like it will give way before we reach 3200Nm. I have not tested this. The price seems to fit the quality and strength of this tool.
