No adjustable power. It is just a simple, low eficient inverter. No comunication at all, not even after I opened dispute. Finally aliexpress buyers protection service step in and gave me back 30$ as partial refund. Anyway I payed 20 $ wamal taxes, so still not a good buy. Looks like rating means nothing here.
