The mpow m5 pro headset is great, unfortunately the mute system and hang up system only works with my tablet and phone not with my computer. I can still use my headset with my computer, which is necessary for my job. If I want to use the mute and hang up system I need to call on my tablet or phone. It works well. The design is great and the charging port as well. Unfortunately the seller didn't answer my questions in a timely manner, I had to figure it out on my own. Plus when they finally responded they still didn't answer my question, or pay enough attention to the question to answer it correctly, so not happy with them. The warranty doesn't see to work if you buy it on Aliexpress, only on amazon. So they send you a 2-year warranty which is not valid with the information from Aliexpress only amazon.
