They warm up very quickly and provide excellent warmth control with 3 settings. Two things the maker may wish to note: with the batteries in place the strap needs to be longer for easy pulling on of the glove. Secondly, the "wiper" for removing rain/fog, is on the wrong hand. You use your left (clutch hand) for this, not the right (throttle hand).
