Very fast delivery from the shop. For this I would give 5 stars. But I bought two devices but received only one adapter for EU. (see picture) I did also a little move about why this devices are useless. But it is a pity that I cannot upload the movie. The fan I wanted to control starts to make loud noise with this cheap solution. There are also security issues. The line cable can easily be pulled out or be moved in. It is'n secured against pulling out. For sure this doesn't meet the CE requirements from EU. It is also not declared as a CE compliant product. But that means it is forbidden to export it to EU.
