I did have a lot of issues and miscommunication with the seller. First they sent me only the stainless still tube distiller without the distiller. If I wanting to get distiller they asked me to pay another 80USD and they will send a 12L distiller even if I have paid for a 20L. Finally that have decided to send exactly what I have paid for. The distiller and the cooler are excellent made and I am fully satisfied. It is a shame for this company to loose a feedback only because they have done a silly mistake and they wanted to push this into me. But I repeat , the product itself is 10/10. Communication with the seller is 1/10 only because they wanted to negotiate with me when it was 100% their mistake.
Really love the quality of this item, great price, many extras.
