I've ordered two heads, and was surprised to not receive them both (they were sent separately). One arrived, other is still on the way. It took soooo long to arrive (it was ordered on 5th of November of 2020, and it arrived on 26th January of 2021). But the quality is awesome, the head is very pretty indeed! I'm happy.

Makeup is different from picture in the store. Hair is really bad looking, poor and few. Hair looks bad like cutted badly. I suggest the seller to put higher price and improve quality. It has no sense to sell cheap trush
