Basically, the lamp is nice, but there are some details which I did not expect. 1. There is no lid (the manual shows a lid) 2. There are not enough balls and holders and therefore there are gaps (please compare the pictures) 3. One of the screws of the ceiling holder is not strong enough to hold the lamp without gap I contacted the store's service and they just told me that there is no lid and that they shipped 27X2 pcs holders and 189 pcs balls, which is correct, but still in the product pictures, there are no gaps visible
