I received a damaged product, the seller contacted me directly asking to close the dispute and to open it differently so it will not affect his ratings. I did clos my dispute but the dispute time has passed and I cannot re-open a new one so I got stuck with a damaged product and no refund and no solution. I would not recommend purchase anything from that seller not to mention to believe him
