there is no randomness in this.i bought two sets and get two exat same sets of lace. very thin and delicate as mentioned but bad parts where two pieces connected by a tape or partially destroyed by something. it is not a bad deal, I am happy with my purchase but was disappointed that second set was exactly the same as the first
