1. The product arrived fast. 2. No commercial invoice was included and therefore stopped at customs. 3. The shipping agent TNT was very inflexible and at the end I had to pay customs which I usually do not do with other agents. TNT was greedy in the charge: Had to pay fee which was 3 times more than the customs. 3. No adaptor was included so I had to purchase. Need to receive adaptor before saying ok for functionality. 4. The product looks good.
