the pictures of the product are actually a mix of two almost-identical models. so could not know which one they are sending (one model with integrated bearing structure & other with bolted bearing). the shipping company charged VAT & reimbursement fees even though this purchase is supposed to be free shipping & including VAT. made a dispute with a copy of the receipt as a proof but some how it got deleted & ali.express app is asking for a proof but actually does not give me the option to do so. so I lost the dispute case & paid 6.12USD on a service that is supposed to be free.
