WWAN modem looks like New. But does not work. Both Communication managers: Dell and Sierrawireless can not see any device installed. Dell Broadband Manager displays Lack of communication , Sierra Watcher displays No device discovered. As well the modem can not be able to switched on by Windows manager, however all drivers has been installed correctly. I supposed that I have bought Faulty device... It does not work.
