As I wrote in the previous assessment, the product is factory defective. The battery is too low to send a power disconnection notification. This happens when the GSM signal is weak and the relay station is far away. The seller did not take up the topic of settling the matter. Disrespect for buyers, no warranty.

Factory defective product! Each of the 5 pcs I bought is the same. If the device is far from the GSM transmitter, the consumption is so high that the internal battery has such a low current efficiency that when trying to connect the battery's BSM system turns it off. The tracker just needs to be quickly removed from the stand and will not send an alarm.
