Ordered 10 of them and they all didn’t work. Very disappointed. I was so excited.
Their customer service is terrible. I informed them that their machines do not work, even with new batteries and I was told just because they arrived “on time” I couldn’t get a refund. I had to refund 10 customers that pre-ordered these machines. I am pissed! Do not risk wasting your money with them.
