Hello. There is a wrong item sent. Check the CCTV footage of the product packaging process by the staff. Unused and too small rollers have been delivered, not 13-12mm rollers. Only one 6mm mass damper has been delivered. It's difficult to return it, so please review the partial refund. I'd appreciate it if you could check it out accurately in the next order.
