They did not mail everything in my order. They told me they were sold out of one item, but then refused to refund my money for that item or give me a replacement. Finally after I opened a dispute with them after a couple of months, they finally told me they would mail a replacement if I canceled the dispute, but then they lied about it and never mailed it. They stole my money.
