не понятна полярность контактов микрофона, на одном плюс правый контакт на другом левый.
I checked the capsules on a test bench (which displays the sinusoid and amplitude of a working microphone). The plus and minus markings are correct (although different pins are marked on the two capsules). When the polarity is reversed, the test shows a two-fold drop in amplitude and an inversion of the sine wave. For proper operation of these capsules, it is very important to observe the polarity of the connection.
