Backup battery doesn't work! There is a design mistake, because once the battery is inserted, it runs flat in few seconds and doesn't keep the RTC memory. There is a diode and a resistor connected between the battery slot and the DS1307 chip which are not present on the DS1307 datasheet. They need to be removed in order to get the module properly working. Have seen the same problem in all modules, even from other vendors.
