Never received the item or a refund, tracking showed it 200 miles away from the delivery address but it was classed as delivered so they didn't want to know.

Didn't receive the item, tried to communicate but because the tracking showed as delivered even though it was 200 miles away from where it should of been delivered. Not received the product or a refund.
