Utterly HORRENDOUS experience , the watch bracelet that was sent was supposed to be 17mm in width it was actually 18mm width see photo attached and 19mm at the case lug ends . I asked for a refund as it was described as a 17mm bracelet. It is not , it was 18mm . If I had wanted an 18mm bracelet I would have ordered an 18mm bracelet . I sent the bracelet to the returns address stickered on the package as the correct address to return the item if it was faulty so it would be processed. This I did, only to discover that the address was for a warehouse in London which was incorrect and that my package was "most likely destroyed" I made a request for a refund from the seller ,this was ignored as "they couldn't do anything". Spoke to AliExpress who said they would speak with the seller and arrange a refund this was not done and the case was classified as finished i.e closed . So spent £48 on a bracelet that doesn't fit my watch ,no refund and the seller is not reading my messages. Awful
