DHL, NEVER AGAIN! And from now, I will boycott any store that would offer DHL as a means of express delivery, even if it is the only store that sells the item I am looking for. For shipping and custom taxes, I paid 25 times the price of the smoking pipe I ordered. Was I crazy? No. It was a small gift that I wanted to give for Christmas to someone dear to me, and who was looking for this model exactly. I placed my order on November 20th. The parcel arrived in New Caledonia on December 11th. I gave to DHL all the details required by customs on December 13th. Then, no more news. Tried to call DHL by phone : unreachable. Sent e-mails : no answer. And on Christmas day, I had no gift for my friend. The parcel was delivered today, December 30th. No apologies from DHL. So, DHL? They're just incompetents, and be sure that I'll let those around me know it.
