I ordered two switches with custom design and provided images through messages. My initial drawings were not suitable for milling and the seller told me that they can only be laser carved. Same day I replied with the aim to redesign the drawings for milling, but my questions about their requirements were ignored. I assumed 1mm thickness and sent the new drawings a day after. Have not heard any other word from the seller. As a result one switch (on the right) was made with the new drawing and one was laser carved with the first design. They have different backlight intensity and I cannot use them together in a project as I planned. It's half of the rating for half of the order completed. The switches work fine by itself, but ask for custom designs at you own risk.
